Rally Print Functionality
The print functionality in Rally is designed to support student-level data printing and is only available on individual student pages. This means that users can print information for one student at a time, and only when viewing that student's profile.
To begin, navigate to any student-level page within Rally for the student of interest. In the upper right-hand corner, you’ll see a Print button.
Clicking this button opens a selection menu that allows you to choose which student data views you would like to include in the printout. The available options depend on what’s enabled in your district’s Rally implementation, but commonly include sections such as grades, assessments, performance over time, attendance, well-being, and discipline.
After selecting the desired views, the system will bring up your browser’s standard print dialogue. From here, you can choose a printer or opt to save the file as a PDF. You can also adjust the print layout and decide whether you want the document printed in color or black and white.
Some views—especially assessment data—may result in multiple pages. If you’d prefer a shorter printout, you can manually select only the pages you want to include.
Once your settings are in place, click the final Print button within the print dialogue. Rally will generate and send the print job, providing you with a tailored snapshot of that student’s data.
