College and Career Readiness (CCR)
The College and Career Readiness (CCR) Dashboard gives educators, counselors, and administrators a clear picture of how students are progressing toward graduation and preparing for life after high school. It brings together essential academic and readiness information in one place, making it easier to identify strengths, spot gaps, and take action.
The dashboard reflects the unique business rules defined by each partner, ensuring that measures of progress toward graduation, college readiness, and career readiness align with state definitions and policies. Because of these partner-specific configurations, what counts as “on track” or “ready” may differ from one state to another—but all are clearly defined within the dashboard.
Overview
When users first open the CCR Dashboard, they land on the Overview section, which provides a quick, at-a-glance view of key indicators. This includes a summary of 'on track' for graduation, college readiness, career readiness, as well as overall GPA, and total credits earned. From here, users can explore specific sections in more depth by clicking See Details or learn more detailed information on an indicator by clicking More Info links.
The More Info section in the Overview section expands to display a student’s complete course history for a student, giving educators an at-a-glance view of all courses and grades.
High School Graduation Section
The High School Graduation section shows how students are advancing toward meeting all required credits for graduation. It displays credit accumulation across required subject areas—such as English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Electives—in a simple, easy-to-read format. Where applicable, subject areas includes an “on-track” or “off-track” indicator, allowing educators to quickly identify where students are meeting expectations and where they may need additional support.
Selecting See Details reveals more information about each graduation requirement, including course history, credits attempted and earned, and grades received.
College Readiness
The College Readiness section summarizes each student’s status across all college-ready requirements in a straightforward way. This includes factors such as standardized test scores like the SAT or ACT, and completion of advanced coursework such dual credit classes. The dashboard uses simple status indicators to show whether each student has met, or not met, the college readiness benchmarks.
Clicking More Info opens a detailed view that includes test histories and course completion data for each readiness measure.
Career Readiness
Similarly, the Career Readiness section lists indicators of students' readiness for the workforce, military, or further technical training. Indicators may include completing a Career and Technical Education (CTE) credit, taking the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), gaining an industry-recognized certification, participating in work-based learning, or demonstrating employability skills. Each requirement is summarized in an easy-to-read format with visual indicators of progress.
Selecting 'more info' provides detailed information on each indictor, like course history, description of credentials, or assessment history and scores.
