Date: April 6, 2026

Release Version: 2026.4.6

Summary:
The April release of Podium provides users with improvements to the Attendance, Predictions & Targets, and Behavior dashboards. There are two new dashboards which feature Key Performance Indicators across a state, with the capability to filter down to a district or school, and one that allows state-level users to compare across districts.

Breaking Features: None in this release

New Features: None in this release

Improvements:

  • Predictions and Targets dashboard improvements:

    • Proficiency has been added as a Target.

    • Grade levels have been added to the Student Table, which will help teachers with understanding trends for their students and identifying which exams students will be taking.

  • Average Daily Attendance and Chronic Absenteeism Dashboards improvements:

    • Information about consecutive absences of students has been added to these dashboards. This includes a chart that shows the distribution of consecutive absences as of selected date. Student-level information about max and current consecutive absences is also shown.

    • Users can now see the distribution of absence charts which display the percentage and number of absence types up to a selected day.

    • All schools will now show up in the school table whether they have attendance data or the selected day or not. A new column has been added to show the most recent day of attendance for that school.

  • Cross-Tenant Assessment Support

    • If cross-tenant assessment sharing is enabled in Stadium, they will be displayed in Student Profile and Assessment: Student Detail dashboards. There will be a filter in the Assessment: Student Detail dashboard that allows users to select whether or not to include these records. These records will also surface in Student Profile.

These records will not be included in the Assessment dashboard as that includes a lot of summary metrics on school/district performance and these records may not be appropriate for that.

Bug fixes:

  • The In-School-Suspension and Out-of-School-Suspension (ISS/OSS) charts have been updated for one action ID to be associated with multiple students. This update has been added to the Profile Dashboard

Advanced Add-ons:

  • KPI Dashboard: A dashboard that cleanly displays Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from pre-aggregated District/School Metrics dashboards is available for Podium users.
